Request deletion
AEXGrid signs in with your Gridspawn account. To delete that account and the data associated with it, email Gridspawn LLC at [email protected] with the subject “AEXGrid account deletion”. Send it from the email address registered to the account, or include the account’s display name. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
In the Android app, the account menu (⋮) on the Workspaces screen opens this page.
Verification
Before deleting anything, we may ask you to confirm that you control the account, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.
What is deleted
- Your account record and sign-in records.
- The registrations of your devices and workspaces used for discovery and connections.
- Connection, session, and other operational records tied to your account, except as described below.
What may be kept
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement, and copies in backups remain until those backups expire. Retained information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data on your own devices
Workspaces, transcripts, plans, and settings that AEXGrid stores on your computers are not on our servers. Remove them by deleting the AEXGrid application data folder or the workspace files. Uninstalling the Android app removes everything it stores on the phone. Data you sent to AI providers or connected applications is held by them under their own policies.
