AEXGrid 0.1.2 — free early build

Windows: run the signed per-user installer.
Linux x86_64: run sh AEXGrid-0.1.2-linux-x86_64.run.

Changes:
- Host-ready workspace handshake and bounded browser startup recovery.
- Browser device registration reused across sign-ins.
- Other-device host list excludes devices without workspaces.
- Account / sign-in action at the bottom of the desktop sidebar.

All current AEXGrid features are free. AI provider subscriptions and API usage are separate. This is an early build.

The app checks for updates shortly after startup and hourly while running.
Download and installation require your confirmation. Finish active work before closing for an update.
Provider managed installations require Node.js with npm available on the machine.
